Provincetown, Mass. March 27th. 1920 My dear Madden: Thanks very much for sending me the Clayton Hamilton notice. It sure is a corker. I haven't yet heard from you what Beyond played to the week before this; nor has your book-keeping department yet come to life with the corrected accounts for all the weeks previous to that. I wish you would hustle them up on this. It seems a causeless delay. I should think they would have a certain time every week for sending out the regular weekly accounts. Have really started work on "Gold." Is there any notice from the Tyler office regarding the special matinee of the Straw in Boston? Come on you accounts. -- and a check.! Sincerely, Eugene O'Neill. |
