Eugene O'Neill at Las Palmas / Canary Islands / 1930 We went here (from France) for a change of scene & for O'Neill to make cuts and revisions on -- "Mourning Becomes Electra"

While Carlotta dates this photograph as having been taken in 1930, she and O'Neill were actually at Las Palmas in March of 1931, shortly before they returned to the United States.
